Are you thinking about coaching?

join me

I have been thinking a lot about how I got to where I am now.  After high school, I went to college for teaching, dietetics, to go to physical therapy school, and I ended up getting a degree in movement and sports science.  What in the world do you do with that?!? Add that to graduating in 2009 when there were like ZERO jobs!  Once I got a job, I realized that showing up at the time I was told and staying till the time I was told, really isn’t what I had in mind when I was dreaming about getting a job in the real world.

Fast Forward 5.5 years post college graduation… I have had 5 jobs, lived in 5 different states.  The one thing that hasn’t changed is my LOVE for the health and fitness field.  I had always kept jobs in my related field, but I still didn’t like having someone else dictating my schedule. BUT not any longer.

If you are motivated, interested in health and fitness, and ready to get out of jobs and into something you love, I WANT to help you!!!

You don’t need any special education, training, you just need PASSION to help others!

I am looking for 5 people to personally mentor in my next coach training program that starts on February 2nd.

Are you self motivated? Do you want to learn to be a great leader? Do you want to be your own boss and create a life by your own design? Are you confident and ready to allow your passion to shine by helping others achieve success? Then I want YOU.

Are you ready to start on Monday?!?

So many times I hear ‘I’m going to start on Monday.. Or I can’t do what you do.. Or– I never feel good”. The list can obviously go on and on.

The truth is- most Monday come and go, yes- everyone can just start to exercise because everyday you get a little stronger and the feel good part– well it’s because our bodies are meant to be worked, to move, to exercise! And- to be fed healthy food!

Don’t let yourself go another day, month or year with the same excuses. The investment in yourself is a necessity. There really is no price tag on health. Feeling your best is worth every penny

I want to help you commit to Monday. I want to help you feel great and look amazing!

We can start TODAY!

Never Miss A Monday

NEVER MISS A MONDAY!!!

I’m sure you’re a little tired coming off of the weekend and starting the week all over again! You probably want to stay snuggled up in bed for a little longer to keep warm– but don’t let the excuses win!

Your dreams have to be bigger than those excuses! Your positive thoughts have to shine! Rome wasn’t built in a day! You aren’t going to drop two pant sizes overnight, so don’t get frustrated if you aren’t seeing results fast! It takes TIME and CONSISTENCY! Everyday getting up, pushing play, sticking to the meal plan and relieving stress. That is what it’s all about!

Don’t make it a chore! Make it a reward and give a little happy dance that you get to treat your body everyday! Exercise is the best medicine and for me– it’s my HAPPY PILL!!!

No excuses. Never give up

Rest Day, Please!

Listen to your BODY! This morning mine told me it is still not recovered from racing this past weekend. I decided instead of waking up and pushing my body, I decided to push my mind.

rest day

I still got out of bed at 5:30am. I took little Rue for a nice wake to loosen up my legs. While on our walk, I listened to a Dave Ramsey podcast. “The future already exists today see it, touch it, smell it.” This is a totally reminder that you are working to, trying to, wanting to be X. I AM where I am going.

Now, I’m sitting down for a English muffin breakfast sandwich with my husband!

Growing my Dream

This past month working my business I have made an extra $400. I know it may not be much to a lot of people, but to me that covers my grocery bill for the month and a little more or that amount pays off one of my debts or that amount pays for a trip to Dallas for Trevor and me to race.

It gives me something that no other job can: self-worth. I have done that all from my ‘office’ in my house. I haven’t had to go anywhere, but I could be anywhere.

I get to do what I am passionate about and planned on doing with my career from my home.

So my worry about having a job when we move again, isn’t going to be a worry. Because I will always have a place to live and work from.
